This building and its management is absolute garbage.
I feel horrible that i have to live here. Would not even recommend to my enemies.
Reasons for my bad review-
1-Laundry room that never has washer and dryer working, and when does work may or may not dry your clothes. In such a case building staff will seldom return your money.
2- This building has severe PEST infestation problems, cockroaches roam in even in the lobbies.
3- Air Ducts have NEVER been cleaned so they look like they are filled with dirt webs and other harmful health hazard stuffs.
4- Kitchens in all apartments have NO Chimneys so if you cook or even heat even light meals, you can be sure to drown yourself in the smoke until you open all doors and windows.
5- Pathetic staff includes a manager by name Zirak or Zikr (he changes his name every-time) you ask him and his personnel Tony who says he is head of security but his phone number is listed in all emergency contacts for buildings (but he never comes out to help).
