Smells like sewage, there are mice, roaches, they illegally dump empty paint cans, chemicals in the bin, they are noisy, do patch up jobs, they don’t hire anyone licensed to complete work, limited parking, elevator breaks down all the time, they make up stories to try and kick you out, when you win your case they get even worse. Low lighting, water pressure low, they pay hired street help cash they have spy camera facing apartment 201, it’s dirty, no air flow vents in corridors and mice in the basement, laundry room smells like sewer, garbage area smells
Refurbished elevator was installed we tentants received a rent hike to pay for the Refurbished elevator, since installation it has broken down once a month to every other month. Parking is limited, no overnight guests, no visitor parking, one accessible parking, one reserved parking for superintendent, no garage parking as they are full with owners cars, paint supplies, wood, storage units limited again owner has them full of fridges, stove, old parts for fridges and stoves.
Mice are in the building, rats, roaches, infestation of pharaoh ants, poor lighting in parking lot, in hallways, stair cases, theft of bikes, car break ins, car vandalism, no hot water 50% of the time, floods in laundry room, septic smell in elevator, and basement as well as laundry room, repairs take 2 to 5 years, lights flicker, loud noise from whatever electrical machine they built at the side of building, it’s loud, scary, and building lights will flicker, get stuck in the elevator notice says wait one hour before calling 911, try superintendents number no one answers, press help button no one answers, for the 2300 a month they charge its not worth the stress of living near an electrical unit that keeps you awake with loud humms
Was told the other day, he could end me and kick me out, if I keep complaining, laughs in my faces of tentants and calls them stupid 50 plus year old man acting like a 3 year old.
Why because he owns the building and can do and say whatever he wants, the apples dont fall to far from the tree. Hopefully the city takes over the building because nothing in this place meets current guide lines

When we first moved in seemed very friendly, neighbour’s were wonderful. We used to sit out enjoy the outdoors. Year by year greed set in, ants are horrible, can’t get rid of them, roaches, bad smells, no circulation of air in the hallways, not sure if the air ducks are ever cleaned, 3 washers 3 dryers for laundry, hot water limited, dont have to turn cold water on to do dishes because it’s always luke warm so boiled water will be necessary to wash dishes.
Limited hot water, limited parking, nice, rats, roaches. They imply pets welcome but their are headaches in having one. Recently moved out, septic smell from basement and in elevator, they run hoses to flush out, the building is invested with pharaoh ants they are everywhere!! No outside sitting area, 3 dryers 3 washers for 2 buildings, tenants are friendly but owner and management are always in your face, owner mocks tenants, has anger issues and is extremely rude and threatening single females, swearing at tenants, flips them the bird at times one would think he was 57 going on 7 think the city of Toronto should take over building at then then real licensed personal could do the repairs instead of the owner paying hired help cash under the table
